As busy moms, it can feel nearly impossible to carve out time for ourselves. Between caring for our little ones, managing the never-ending laundry, tending to illnesses, managing our finances, and simply surviving the chaos, it’s easy to forget how important it is to pause, reflect, and honor our own journeys.

That’s why I’ve created this space— a sacred circle where you can come sit, warm beverage in hand, and take a moment to honor the powerful stories of bringing your children into the world and the transformation of birthing new versions of yourself.

Our brains remember the important moments in life—the ones that shape us. But without intentionally reflecting on them, we risk losing the opportunity to harvest the wisdom, growth, and insights those moments offer. Reflection is key for integrating our experiences and honoring the incredible strength and transformation that’s taken place within us.

You are invited to join this sacred circle to give you the time and space you deserve—a space where you can reflect, be heard, and be reminded of the strength and beauty in your birth journey. 

I’ll gently guide you through the evening, starting with a welcoming ceremony to ground us in connection and intention. Through thoughtful prompts and reflective questions, we’ll create space to honor your unique birth story—a miraculous moment in your life that deserves to be seen, heard, and cherished.
