A live workshop for moms with young children – because the weight of the world hits different when little ones are depending on you.
π Good Company Β· 2613 De La Vina St, Santa Barbara
β¨ 3 sessions to choose from
π Childcare provided on-site
You love your kids more than anything. And right now, that love makes the news feel heavier than it ever has before.
Headline after headline. Disruption after disruption. A creeping sense that the world your children are growing up in looks nothing like the one you planned for. And somehow, in the middle of all of it, you’re supposed to show up β calm, present, grounded β for the tiny humans who need you most.
It’s a lot. And if you’ve spent more time than you’d like staring at the ceiling, doom-scrolling at 11pm, or moving through your day in a fog… you’re not broken. You’re a mom paying attention.
And the push and pull, the tension, & the overwhelming feelings are important signals that you can channel into something profound. You can thrive through this.
This workshop is for you.

Jess Kennedy, Certified Empowerment Coach
I created this workshop because I needed it and it didn’t exist.
Like a lot of moms, 2026 hit me hard. As a mother of an almost 4 year-old and 1 year-old, I found myself sinking into a funk I couldn’t shake. I was scared for the world my kids would inherit, and struggling to show up for them the way I wanted to.
With the support of resources, community, and my own coaching practice, I found my way through. I developed real tools and practices that pulled me out of the spiral β and back into my business, my family, and myself.
This workshop is the protocol I built. I’m sharing it because no mom should have to white-knuckle her way through this moment alone.
We’ll do the rest together.
